Eric Sprott Doubles Down On Hycroft Ahead Of Hycroft’s Earnings Release

Man in suit signs Hycroft Silver share purchase agreement at desk with monitor showing rising HYMC chart and silver bars.

With Hycroft Mining ($HYMC) set to release Q4 & Full 2025 Earnings, Mr. Silver just BOUGHT ANOTHER 150,000 SHARES at $42.05/share:

SEC Form 4 showing Eric Sprott's purchase of 150,000 Hycroft Mining shares at $42.05 per share

Sprott Mining now owns 36,903,704 shares of Hycroft Mining Holding Corp (HYMC):

Form 4 excerpt highlighting 36,903,704 shares held indirectly by Sprott Mining Inc.

Is Sprott attempting to acquire a MAJORITY interest in Hycroft?

From the most recent Form 4 data, Hycroft currently has approximately 83.03 million basic shares outstanding.   Meaning Sprott would need just over 41.5 million shares to obtain a controlling interest.

Mr. Silver currently holds 44.4% of the outstanding shares, and is only a little over 4 million shares away from obtaining a controlling interest.

Sprott has been steadily increasing his stake (multiple Form 4s in 2026 show buys of 150K - 200K shares each), pushing from ~40% earlier to ~44.4% now.

Will Sprott Mining obtain a controlling interest by the end of the year in what Mr. Sprott believes is the best silver mining play on earth?
