About Triple Flag Precious Metals Corp.

Triple Flag Precious Metals derived 24% of its revenues for the year ended December 31, 2025 from the sale of silver received under its stream agreement on the Cerro Lindo mine in Peru. Some of its interests relate to properties outside of Canada, the United States and Australia, including Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Cote d'Ivoire, Mongolia, Peru and Tanzania. The company is not directly involved in the operation of mines, and the revenue from its asset portfolio is based on production by third-party property owners and operators. A significant portion of its revenue for the year ended December 31, 2025 came from its streams on the Northparkes mine, Cerro Lindo mine and Buritica mine. On August 27, 2025, it acquired a portfolio of royalties on the Minera Florida gold mine in Chile, operated by Pan American Silver Corp., for total cash consideration of $23.0 million. Its common shares are listed and posted for trading on the TSX and the NYSE. It had a full-time workforce of 20.

How to read this page

Costs are the company's own consolidated all-in sustaining cost (gold, silver) or C1 cash cost (copper), as stated, on the basis the company states; the reference price is the quarter's average from World Bank Commodity Price Data (CC BY 4.0); the margin is that price less the stated cost, a production-cost spread and not company net profit; financials are as filed in the filing currency, never converted; report dates are confirmed from the company's notice or estimated from its own past pattern and say which. The full methodology is on the Miner Margins page.
