How to read these figures
- Primary sources: every figure is the company's own, cited to the release or filing it came from.
- Fixed cohorts: the companies in each median are set for the calendar year, so a median never moves because membership moved.
- No modelled costs: no cost or margin here is estimated by us; where a company states no figure, the page says so.
About Americas Gold and Silver Corporation
Americas Gold and Silver Corporation is the owner and operator of the Galena Complex in the Coeur d'Alene Mining District of northern Idaho, U.S.A., a silver, lead and zinc producing district. The Galena Complex is 100% owned and is operated through wholly owned subsidiary U.S. Silver Idaho Inc.; it consists of the Galena mine, the Galena processing plant, the Osburn tailings impoundment, the idle Coeur mine and Coeur processing plant, on care and maintenance at the filing date, and the Caladay exploration property. In Mexico, the company owns the Cosalá Operations in east-central Sinaloa, which are 100% owned and operated through wholly owned subsidiaries and consist of the San Rafael mine, the Los Braceros processing plant and tailings storage facility, the EC120 Project and the past-producing Nuestra Señora mine. Silver production at the Cosalá Operations increased 44% in 2025 to approximately 1.2 million ounces, with the majority of second-half production sourced from EC120. The company also owns the Relief Canyon mine near Lovelock, Nevada, on care and maintenance at the filing date, and the Crescent Mine in Idaho, a past-producing underground mine purchased in December 2025 for total consideration of $87 million that produced over 25 million ounces of silver between 1917 and 1981. Since 1953, the Galena and Coeur mines have yielded approximately 238 million ounces of silver, 165 million pounds of copper and 206 million pounds of lead.

How to read this page
Costs are the company's own consolidated all-in sustaining cost (gold, silver) or C1 cash cost (copper), as stated, on the basis the company states; the reference price is the quarter's average from World Bank Commodity Price Data (CC BY 4.0); the margin is that price less the stated cost, a production-cost spread and not company net profit; financials are as filed in the filing currency, never converted; report dates are confirmed from the company's notice or estimated from its own past pattern and say which. The full methodology is on the Miner Margins page.
